While there is no rule for how your chapter should communicate with applicants, below are some example communications that different chapters have used in different scenarios. Please feel free to edit this page and add your own.

Emails to Applicants

Some chapters do not send "sorry you didn't win" emails because they consider all applications in perpetuity (Ottawa). Others tend to "close" a round every cycle, and the email will encourage people to apply again, with guidance (NYC).
