Communication Templates

While there is no rule for how your chapter should communicate with applicants, below are some example communications that different chapters have used in different scenarios. For example, some chapters do not send "sorry you didn't win" emails because they consider all applications in perpetuity (Ottawa). Others will "close" each cycle of applications and the applicants will receive an email encouraging them to apply again, with guidance (NYC).
