needs:
1) update new chapter toolkit and where chapters can expand on new chapter toolkit and put in their best practices, ie 'the san francisco model'
2) develop short 1-2 pdf of general info (jesse taggert will design)
action items:
1) assemble working group to focus on updating/developing these materials: nathaniel (editing only - minimal commitment), Travis, Shannon, Jade ---> loop in with welcome committee
2) start establishing sister cities between new chapters and older more established chapters (to serve as mentors)
